i think chaos, as the physical embodiment of chaos energy he should be able to use chaos moves like chaos control and since hes made out of water it'll b pretty hard for a physical attack to phase him and as a "God of Destruction" quoted by eggman hes gotta be pretty friggin powerful especially if he gets all of the deus ex machina ge. . . i-i mean chaos emeralds and transforms into perfect chaos
